There might be this build already but i didnt see one with a guild strategy. Here goes the ranger half.(can be used to 4v4)

12 beast master
12 smiting

Now for monk part.

Atributes:
12 healing
12 smiting

Skills:
Balthazars Aura

Healing Breeze

Word Of Healing

Now for the strategy in GvG.

First of all rangers bring smiting staffs, druids armor with sup vigor and sup beast master. Have your skill bar set the way you would like. Let the 1st person in group call out targets and set balthazars aura on every pet. Then lay out any animal attack and the 1st person should be dead if everyone uses balth. 22 dmg per second is around 180-200 dmg per second with all balth combined. Another 200-400 dmg from your staff attk. and animal attk. Basicly that is all and use other skills how you want.
